Accommodation: When making a booking, you will be asked for your name, address, telephone number, email address, payment details, the name of guests travelling with you and your preferences for your stay.
Leisure Facilities: When subscribing to membership of our leisure facilities, you will be asked for your personal details including name, address, phone number, email address, your photograph, general health profile and payment details. You will be contacted regarding your renewal, membership and subscriptions.
For Residents accessing our leisure facility, you will be asked for your name to gain access.
Spa: When booking a spa treatment, you will be asked for your personal details including, name, address, phone number, email address, any medical conditions and payment details. You will be contacted prior to your treatment to confirm appointments.
Restaurants: When making a booking for our food service areas, you will be asked for your name, telephone number, email address, payment details and your preferences/requirements for your dining experience.
