I am writing on behalf of the Celtic Media Festival Executive Committee and the Festival Organising Team to thank you & your staff for being so incredibly hospitable to our Festival over the 3 days in April, The Canal Court was an ideal venue for our event and all delegate feedback has been very positive.  Our experience was enhanced greatly by the excellent and friendly Louise Young and her team & I would also like to give a mention to Patrick who worked Front of house as he couldn't have been more helpful to us.  Overall we had a great time and nothing felt like it was an issue or a bother.  I would highly recommend the hotel.  Jude.

Just a note to thank you for all your help in making Louise & Darren’s wedding such a success. All our guest commented on the surrounding & beautiful meal they had- they’re still talking about it. They were also impressed by the high quality of service during the reception –attentive but discrete bother D would like to thank you Patrick for all your guidance & advice, we were never rushed and nothing was a bother.

The commitment & professionalism displayed by the Canal Court Staff in terms of serving almost 750 meals in the Miller Suite, the Clanrye suite & also in providing chicken goujons & chips to the various school children involved in the entertainment was simply exceptional and reflected extremely well on you personally and all associated with the Canal Court Hotel. You can all be very proud of your efforts. The quality of the food and service even succeeded previous years which we did not think was possible.
